I began training in the art of kiln-formed glass with internationally renowned glass artist Craig Mitchell Smith in Lansing, MI. After five years of apprenticeship, I returned to the Pacific Northwest to open an art gallery and glass studio in Bellingham, WA, where I continue to work with this wonderful and challenging art form, as well as teach classes in kiln-formed glass to those who want to join this journey. In addition to seeking ways to capture beauty in glass, I continue to pursue my passion for nature photography in my spare time.
